The first step in navigating from here to there in life is to know where you are. As I launch this blog I need to acknowledge where I am. I am in a place in life that I’ve heard called an “Encore Career.” I want to get to a place where I am finishing well, and have traveled a long way on that journey. We’ll unpack what that means as we go along. I welcome the chance to help you navigate your journeys, and I encourage you to reply with constructive ideas to help me navigate as well.
